The Idea Behind the Gut Health Program

Leaky gut is still a medical conundrum – a grey area – that medical practitioners are trying to understand fully.  That leaves patients often confused and impinging their hope on gut health diet programs.

The growing concern and frequent questions compelled Kate Sheriff, our certified Integrative Holistic Health Coach, to introduce this gut health program. It is focused on treating the patient as a whole and not solely based on their leaky gut symptoms.

During the initial consultation, we develop a thorough understanding of the patient’s

  • Medical history
  • Age
  • Family
  • Occupation
  • Lifestyle, and more.

The purpose is to be aware of the possible reasons that result in a leaky gut. The data and information thus collected help in tailoring a diet plan for the patient.

We also suggest health coaching programs and health supplements that further help in restoring gut health and achieve the highest expression of health.

Poor dietary habits
Stress
Exposure to toxic substances like unhygienic water and pesticides
