ARUGULA WALNUT DIP:
G.F, D.F, R.S.F, V, VG
1 cup arugula
1⁄2 cup raw walnuts
1⁄8 tsp sea salt
1⁄2 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp raw honey or coconut palm nectar
2-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, peeled
1 handful sprouted grain or brown rice crackers
- Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse to combine.
- Spread the dip on crackers and enjoy!
