Coconut Chocolate Pudding

1 cup coconut cream
1 avocado
2 tbsp coconut water
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp honey
1⁄2 tsp vanilla
pinch sea salt
1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender along with 3 ice cubes and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into ceramic dishes or any cute dish and top with fresh berries and cacao nibs.
