Creamy Green Smoothie

1/2 avocado
1/2 cup chopped pineapple
1 frozen banana, chopped
1/2 tsp spirulina or green powder
2 cups of spinach (or other leafy green)
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup coconut cream
1 scoop plant based protein powder -(for fullness)
2 tbsp flaxseed oil
1 tbsp peanut butter

1 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
1⁄2 cup blueberries
1⁄4 cup coconut flakes



  • Add all smoothie bowl ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until thick and creamy.
  • Pour into a bowl and top with kiwi, blueberries and coconut flakes
