CRISPY CAULIFLOWER BITES
G.F, D.F, R.S.F, V, VG
3 cups chopped cauliflower florets
1⁄2 cup sundried tomatoes, soaked
4 tbsp nutritional yeast
4 tbsp raw tahini
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp turmeric
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place the cauliflower on a baking sheet.
- Place all of the remaining ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Put a small amount of the mixture aside fro dipping sauce and toss the remaining sauce with the cauliflower and season with sea salt.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until fork tender
