A time for excitement and a time for new beginnings. A time to reset, reimagine and refocus. A time to open our eyes, open our minds and fling our doors wide open. September is important. Powerful.
And no one feels its power more than our founder, Kate.
Kate is our backbone, our heart and soul. For her, September is special. It marks her arrival into the world – a birthday, a party, a celebration every year. It marks hardship, courage and and a world turned upside down at 23. It marks six long years in cancer’s tight grip. Six cold winters dawning into hopeful springs. And now, after everything, September marks something else.
It marks the month she was given her life back.

Kate is determined. She's lived through the worst and learned what really matters, and now she wants to help you to wake up, get out there and live your September.
The September project is wellness, reimagined. It’s a way of life, a commitment to yourself and a promise to always try. It’s a pioneer in prevention and a helping hand for health. It’s energy, inspiration and a hunger to learn. It is kindness, always kindness. It’s a surf lesson, a first run, and an early morning stretch. It’s showing up, even when it’s hard. It’s a job interview, a first date and a fear finally faced. It is stumbling, but it is always getting back up. It is for anyone. For everyone. For you.
