Strawberry Vanilla Chia Pudding

4 tbsp chia seeds
1 ½ cups plant-based milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1⁄2 cup strawberries



coconut flakes
mint leaves



  • Stir chia seeds, plant based milk and vanilla in a jar or bowl. Leave it to thicken for at least1hour (or even overnight) stirring at least once.
  • Before serving, mash strawberries in a bowl and add half the chia pudding. Mix well to incorporate, then layer up into glass cups or jars.
  • Top with coconut flakes, boysenberries and Mint leaves.
