What’s included in the Gut Repair and Rebalance Program?

Ten weeks program to repair, restore and rebalance your gut microbiome. Using our 5-step method, we’ll work together to reduce inflammation and improve digestion.

Working alongside Integrative Health Practitioner, Kate Sherriff, you’ll dive deep into gut health, discover the tools you need to for long-lasting change, and be supported by a like-minded community along the way.

Things To Know

  • Each week you will have a live interactive “Q&A” session with Kate to ask any questions, get further guidance, and to add that extra layer of accountability to stay on track. (You can also go through the program at your own pace and watch the live Q&A calls in your own time if you can’t make the live call time or just want to watch over it again.)

  • In addition to the group coaching sessions, participants will have access to a private online community where they can connect with other program participants, share their experiences, and receive additional support and guidance from the coach. Don't ever underestimate the power of community. There's truly nothing more powerful than being surrounded by people with the right mindset and an attitude geared toward success.

    Each session will focus on a specific aspect of gut health, such as the gut microbiome, digestive enzymes, or leaky gut syndrome. Participants will also receive weekly assignments and resources to support their learning and progress.

We all know how good it feels to wake up refreshed, to jump out of bed without an alarm, to have the energy to go for a run, attend a morning gym class, yoga class, or to do a sport you love. To have body confidence, and to look and feel our best. But for most of us, it can seem like a distant memory.  

I created the Gut Repair & Rebalance 10 week program to combat issues that most have come to accept as a normal part of your everyday life: Bloating, Gas, Constipation, Low Energy, Brain Fog, Weight Gain, Skin Issues, Hormone Imbalance, Inflammation, and so many more.

It is hard to get enough of the right nutrition in a busy, fast paced life we lead, and then on top of that, the conflicting information, fad diets popping up every month, and misleading information can leave you feeling overwhelmed, frustrated and helpless. And as a result, inaction leads to poor nutrition; being unhealthy, unhappy and unwell.
